As a kind of ideally vacuum environment, oil free vacuum environment is needed urgently by the business organization and scientist. In many developed countries, oil sealing vacuum pumps have been replaced by scroll vacuum pump in more and more fields. There are many kinds of oil free vacuums in the market such as cryo vacuum pump, pistion vacuum pump, scroll vacuum pump and membrane vacuum pump. Therefore, with high cleanness, simple structure, smaller size and low noise, the scroll vacuum pump is welcome in the field of oil free vacuum obtainment. Although many manufacturers have been researched on this pump in our state, there is not some company having the ability to produce the pump. Developing oil free scroll vacuum pump which meet the need of state is the duty of internal scientists.Combined with the development of the tutor of oil free scroll vacuum pump project, establishment of oil free scroll vacuum pump parametric solid model and using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze and simulation, get oil free scroll vacuum pump temperature field distribution, and the corresponding deformation condition and other important information. In the concrete research process of this topic, the author first on oil free scroll vacuum pump design theory, discuss the scroll machine development history, application range and development trend of oil free scroll vacuum pump; the basic structure and working principle, characteristics and application and its related geometric theory, with the use of parametric modeling technology to complete scroll solid mode in UG software environment; Then, based on the mass conservation and energy conservation of oil free scroll vacuum pump compression process mathematical model, with the use of MATLAB programming through debugging and running to determine oil free scroll vacuum pump a compression chamber air temperature distribution rule of oil free scroll vacuum pump; according to the working process of the scroll profile meshing point to estimate changes in vacuum pump air flow rate; according to the thermodynamic principle, calculates the scroll all surface heat load. Finally, using finite element analysis software ANSYS to scroll thermal structure coupling analysis, through the analysis of the results obtained in the scroll of the temperature distribution and deformation of scroll tooth distribution, provides the basis for further optimization design.
