Research Around The Reservoir Exploitation Impacts On Water Resources

In the water scenic system, to the construction and development as the main reservoir is more mature one type. Our reservoir is rich in resources, and have a good basis for the development and construction, but in the surrounding scenic reservoir resource development and construction process easily damaged, resulting in a great waste of resources. Papers take the construction and development around the Hengshan reservoir in Yixing City for example, to explore the impact around the reservoir exploitation and development of appropriate security measures for water resources.Firstly, analysis of water resources and the water environment situation in the study area, and then build the simulation model on elements and such as hydrology and land use data, combined with the measured data to the model parameters calibration and testing. According to relevant laws, regulations and scenarios and scale, using the SWAT model to simulate changes in water quantity and quality from diffrernt scenarios exploitation, and evaluating the impact on water security. And the following conclusions:(1)From1979to2010, the study area nearly32a precipitation and water storage decreased, but the downward trend is not obvious, and both13a and5a has two oscillation cycle, the master oscillator cycles for13a.(2) All kinds of storage capacity in the study area are the largest sources of COD, COD and total storage is much greater than the total amount of other pollutants storage and reservoir water body is in a state of moderate eutrophication.(3) Based on different typical years, the scenic area development initial stage and development after the completion of the incoming runoff were increased, so the development of the scenic spot on reservoir water had no adverse effect, but may increase the amount of water in flood season to increase flood control pressure; Scenic area development early into the reservoir sediment load has certain increase, soil and water loss intensifies, so you have to do a good job in development and construction in the process of soil and water conservation work; Scenic area development initial stage and development after the completion of the pollution load are reduced, therefore the scenic area development had no adverse effect on the reservoir water resource, but such as parking lots, roads and hotels catering pollution sources is not taken into consideration, so at the beginning of the scenic area development and development should be set after the completion of the corresponding measures to reduce pollution.(4) In view of the reservoir development and utilization of impact on water resources analysis and evaluation and further ensure the security of water source, we formulated the basic guarantee of water resources measures and specific measures accordingly in the process of development and utilization.
