The Research Of Water Diversion From Yellow River And Impoundment Application Of Plain Reservoir In Binzhou

Binzhou is located in Lubei plain downstream of the Yellow River where the groundwater quality of most areas is bad that it can not meet the requirement of the living and industrial water, and the Yellow River turns into the city’s main water source. Because of the influence of the plain terrain, the location and water storage capacity of constructing channel type reservoirs are limited, therefore, to build the plain reservoir and regulate the Yellow River water for reserving a large proportion of water of life and production have become the only way to solve the water problem of the city.This paper takes the plain reservoir of Binzhou that located in the lower reaches of the Yellow River as an object to study the optimal design of plain reservoir and the water quality situation and characteristics of reservoir, and discusses the composition, structure, quantity, quality and the dynamic change law of natural resources taking the reservoir area as a link, as well as discusses the composite construction problem of the ecological economic system of " human-water-nature-society" in reservoir area, to built the plain reservoir construction mode key to sustainable development and management.Main contents:the optimal allocation of water resources, the optimization design of plain reservoir, the reservoir water quality safety and security, the utilization and configuration of reservoir sediment resource, the study of reservoir the management system and management mode, etc.The main research methods:According to the research content, it widely collects all kinds of materials of nature, society, economy and investigates and collects the successful experience and the existing problems in the course of construction, operation and management of the existing plain reservoirs at home and abroad, and then makes a summary and analysis; Through the optimal allocation of water resources, the engineering design, the improvement and supporting engineering, the studying of scientific operation and management mode it establishes the design, construction and management mode of the diversion from Yellow River to facilitate application in similar areas.
