Research On Post-evaluation Of Water Diversion Project From Yellow River To Bailanghe Reservoir In Weifang

In order to alleviate the increasingly tense situation of water resources,Weifang City implemented water diversion project from Yellow River to Bailanghe reservoir to meet the normal needs.After the project,a post-project evaluation study was conducted to evaluate the actual implementation effects and economic benefits,social benefits,environmental benefits,and sustainable benefits of the project.This paper summarizes the relevant literatures of water conservancy project post evaluation of internal and external,according to the actual conditions of the project,it evaluates the project from four aspects: project construction process,economic benefit,social and environmental impact and sustainability of the project.And this paper builds an evaluation index system,which contains four aspects ten secondary indicators.Then the paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of the indexes.Finally,the final post-evaluation conclusions of the project is obtained.The result of the comprehensive post-evaluation of the project is good,indicating that the overall effect of the project after a period of operation is good,and it has achieved the expected objectives,resulting in a good economic,social effect,and has a good sustainability.At the end of this paper,lessons are summarized.First,good preparation can lay a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the project;secondly,the implementation process must comply with related regulations;thirdly,the operation and management are important to ensure economic and social benefits of the project.Finally,advanced technology is the key to guarantee the sustainable development of the project.The paper summarizes practical experiences and lessons of water conservancy projects,feedbacks effective information timely,and provides decision-making basis for investment decision-making departments,in order to improve the actual benefits of water conservancy projects,and to provide reference for other projects.
