Frequently construction safety accidents have become an important negative factor,which restricts the development of construction industry sustainability. How to effectivelyforewarning, to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, to avoid personal injury andeconomic losses, is "sound and rapid development of important topic of the constructionindustry. This topic takes the engineering project management mode based on DBB modelas the background, sets up safety accident forewarning mechanism and evaluationmechanism by the method of SVM. Analyzes the feasibility that the SVM method isapplied to the construction safety accident warning, and analyzes the key influencingfactors in DBB mode phase, puts forward the measures to eliminate and solve.This paper’s research results include:(1) Through analyzes and compares the construction safety management mechanismsituation at home and abroad, can know that there are many shortcomings and thepromotion space.(2) The application of SVM method reality the correct construction safety accidentwarning. But the SVM method can improve the accuracy and generalization under thesupport of SR theory.(3) Using the traceability method analyzes and researches the result ofconstruction safety accident forewarning, eventually eliminates the influence factors ofaffect the result directly, can achieve the ultimate goal of forewarning and prevent.Application of SVM in construction safety accident enriches the methods ofconstruction safety management, which provides a new way for safety accident accurateforewarning, provides theoretical supports for construction safety accident prevention.There still has the room for further perfecting, the accuracy and generalization of ascensionis a permanent topic.
