The Typological Study Of Zhejiang Jinhua Traditional Villages And Towns Commercial Street Environment

The traditional villages and towns commercial block environment is the important part of traditional settlements, its formation and development is closely related to the regional nature, society, history, humanities. Zhejiang jinhua had been thriving in trading activity which prompted formation of commercial environment possessing historical and humanistic value in some villages. However, the development of jinhua geographical environment, social customs and natural conditions differ in thousands ways, and it is difficult for the single factor analysis methods to grasp the cause of jinhua different types of blocks, which has limits for analysis of regional characteristics. Therefore, for more systematic analysis on the environment of traditional villages and towns of Jinhua commercial block.,this paper will use the hierarchical, holistic research methods of typology, combined with literature review and research status quo. Finally, according to the research conclusion and summary of methods, enlightenment of traditional landscape environment reconstruction enlightenment will be explored. This paper mainly studies the following several parts:The first part, through the domestic and foreign relevant theory research, understanding the research value of traditional commercial blocks, mastering the dynamic development of study of typology theory and practice, which lays a theoretical foundation for the use of typology in traditional village street after the text.In the second part, the formation and development background of traditional villages and towns commercial blocks in jinhua region is analyzed. Based on the investigation data, summarizing features of environmental features and business environment in jinhua traditional villages and towns, and discussed the method of typology and the neighborhood environment basic plane type. The following will divided into macro and micro this two aspects on the basis of these methods.In the third part, at the macro level, according to formation cause, characteristics of business environment can be divided into three parts, due to water, due to road and due to industry, combined with the actual case, analyzed the formation of origin, construction mode and plane form type of different generating environment types, then compares the differences between the types of micro level; at the micro lever, accoding to the elements of material and non-material, business environment can be divided into two aspects of external form and internal intentions, and separately carries on the detailed elaboration to the various types of elements.The fourth part, discusses present situation and the typology method, when the traditional villages commercial district environmental are practically used; combined with design example, does research on the inheritance and development of traditional block in Jinhua; finally, based on summary of the type of commercial block environment and regionalism, provides a guidance for the planning and construction of modern traditional blocks.
