The Hunhe River which is Shenyang inland river and mother river is set the new request in the ecology landscape, the cultural traveling, specially the people personal safety and property and the flood prevention disaster reduction aspects, with being introduced and implemented for Shenyang ’Hun Nan development’ and other relevant policies and the central ’revitalizing the northeast old industrial base’.Key technologies research on Hunhe physical models, digital models, and scheduling and control hub for joint projects were carried out, according to hydraulic engineering structure are many and difficult to control on the joint scheduling on Hunhe hub. It is the first time presented for the similarity modeling of river physical model and numerical models in water systems in our province. It is at the initial stage in the domestic that research on the automatic joint scheduling and control technology of river dam base, gate group and lock group. A combination model of engineering measures and non-engineering measures was used. with the help of modern information technology tools, the research key technologies on system-related was carried out to optimize efficient management control of Hunhe, to improve level of the classic combination of water and information and to achieve the modernization management of Hunhe river basin.Research development and application of Hunhe hub project scheduling and control system is to achieve automation and information management that the Hunhe River basin hub joint scheduling and control, the rain water information search, the flood forecasting scheduling, the risk analysis, the flood routing simulation, the basin virtual reality and the results show, which is to provide specialized information management support for the Hunhe management department and to improve the Hunhe modern management level.The following works will be completed in this thesis: 1.The principles and methods of the digital Hunhe physical model were studied according to the section of39.19km and flood zone status for Hunhe River in Shenyang city. The Hunhe River basin geographic experiment and analysis was carried out through Hunhe physical models structures; Based on this to build the similarity model of Hun physical models and digital models which is to assess the similarity of flood simulation and experimental analysis.2. Hunhe digital model technology research was carried out by the river basin virtual reality, the flood forecasting and the early warning technology research and application. Three-dimensional simulation model was developed on section of Hunhe River in Shenyang city. Based on this platform, the Hunhe River flood forecasting and early warning model technology research and development was researched and developed. The ’Dahuofang-Shenyang’ range of scheduling experts to support flood forecasting model was achieved.3. Hub hydraulic structures control and scheduling technology research was carried out combining with the rubber dam, regulating gates, dams, locks and other control hub group on the Hunhe. A network comprehensive consultation platform was build for Hunhe Management and the information System WEB results showing. The flood control scheduling system platforms was build on the section of Hunhe in Shenyang City; The information support systems was developed based on management support information, Hunhe physical model test results and Hunhe engineering joint scheduling program research results which is to achieve Hunhe digital results exhibition.A series of key technical problems which troubled city flood control for a long time was solved though this research.
