The flight safety is becoming the focus of concern with the increasing frequency of airtransport flight, at the same time the air traffic control system needs to meet morerequirements. Virtual simulation training in the simulation flight, accident prevention andstuff training has played a considerable role with its economic, intuitive and otheradvantages.This thesis built a low-altitude flight control scenes through Vega Prime/MultigenCreator and MFC. It restored unexpected flight accident scenes in motion mode with particlesystems and collision detection systems, in condition of the VP-specific local coordinatesystem and the six free angles. It built warning mode of the distance between aircraft andobstacles on the ground, with reference to the three-dimensional air traffic control airspacesafety interval, the application of the mosaic low altitude algorithm describing the terraindata as easy to calculate the height values, combined with the Z-axis collision detectiontesting vertical distance is whether safe; Considering the warning mode, it uses a sphericalspace protection layer model. In this way, it determined whether it is possible for a conflictbased on the relative velocity vector difference of aircrafts in the same airspace and theirmove situation, then use the VP collision detection service class-vsIsectorService implementprogram testing route conflict risk, then adjust the heading direction to avoid flight conflicts.This thesis studies the various flight collision risk assessment methods, add alert outerlayer out the "double hockey model" protective layer, then proves the existence of alert levelis essential through the event tree analysis.This thesis built a visual flight management and control platform with the use of VegaPrime combined with producing a three-dimensional terrain with Creator Terrain Studio,building model airplanes and airport facilities through the Creator, creating the horizonmachine which displays the aircraft’s flying angle with GL Studio, and manufacture throughprogram. It put the flight virtual simulation platform in application in respect of the flightcontrol, low-altitude flight safety warning and early conflict warning.
