Space program is a high risk of complex system engineering, and it can realize the successful development of the huge political, economic and social benefits, once the failure, can bring great loss, so the implement risk management is very important. For the space project risk management in China started late, although more attention, but the known risk is not in-depth, especially for the distribution system duo to the important role.This paper from the project risk management based on the research, this paper discusses risk identification, assessment basic theory and requirements, given risk control method. Second, combined with the spacecraft in a research models for distribution system research and development project characteristics, using deeply analysis and research, identifying the risk type and assessment, and taking the risk control to reduce the risk of product, summarized a set of standardized and effective power supply system for the spacecraft of the project risk management process and method, clearing the implementation strategies and requirements, the theory and practical fully and combining the spacecraft for distribution system risk management has put forward the strategy and actual effect and guiding ideas, to be certain theory value and practical significance for the risk management in the enterprise implement comprehensive.
