As the level of science and technology improving, the level of power supply enterprise information rapidly developing, and the age of strong intelligent power grid has been coming, Information technology has become an important means to promote enterprise structure optimization and improve the enterprise operation efficiency. In the background of production technology developing quickly, the research on how to achieve risk management with more reasonable and more scientific way under condition of information has become a top priority.This thesis puts forward the risk management model, the risk assessment technical and the risk auxiliary identification on the basis of the study of risk management theory and practice for safe production of domestic power supply enterprise production. Examples show that risk management model has the characteristics of dynamic closed-loop cycle, closely cooperate and mutual tolerate with each other to realize the systematic, information and procedural risk management; the risk assessment technical consider the synthesis influence of power grid, equipment, personnel, user and environmental to realized risk quantification under the condition of the history risk date and the subjective judgment, so it can identified the relative weight of risk factors to take effective measures to prevent risks; the risk auxiliary identification is a assistant method to analyze comprehensive risk factors, it can deduce possible risks under the condition of the related information in the knowledge base and the characteristics of the different risk.This thesis has a further research on risk management requirements and risk management expert database on the basis of the above research. According to risk management requirements, this thesis discusses risk management goals and principles, risk management ideas, risk management system, risk management related process with the principle of closely cooperate between enterprise management and theory technology; According to risk management expert database, this thesis discusses knowledge base design, reasoning machine design, knowledge acquisition design, man-machine interface design with the tool of ORACLE database.This thesis summarizes the contents and outcome of the study and points out the shortcomings and future research direction at the end of the paper.
