The Research Of Usability Of Mobile Collaborative Platform For Medical Equipment Enterprise

Medical device industry is an emerging profession with better prospects. Enterprises are enhancing their own technology research level as well as the collaboration with their clients. Through the collaboration, they can maintain closer relationship between the enterprise and the clients and provide customers with the most comprehensive medical equipment and services. Construct the mobile collaborative platform for medical device enterprise is the best way to satisfied customers’ needs anytime and anywhere.There are many collaborative products on the market nowadays, they have many different features but also bring some usability problems, such as fuzzy interface information, complex process, useless features.etc. This article will study about the usability design method, starting from users, trying to find out their truly requirements and provide them with efficient and friendly product experience.Through the analysis of the research on the existing theory, this paper sums up the usability design process and the design principles for enterprise mobile collaboration platform. And then, based on the research of the users, sums up the evaluation factors of medical equipment enterprise mobile collaboration platform.In the project, use the usability design methods flexibility to realize low cost and high efficiency of product development mode.
