Railway transportation,as the main artery of the national economy,plays an important role in the economic and social development.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also pointed out that we should strengthen the construction of railway infrastructure network.In recent years,The Belt and Road,catch along the Yangtze River economic belt construction and western development opportunities for development,the railway construction has achieved rapid development,the province's operations and construction mileage more than 6600 kilometers,ranking first southwest and the second in China.But Sichuan railway still has insufficient external railway capacity,high-speed rail and intercity railway has just started,Ganzi,ABA Prefecture has not yet covered railway and other issues,therefore,research on railway planning the construction area,To plan the overall layout of the railway network in advance,accelerate the construction of modern integrated transportation system,which is particularly urgent and important.The research is based on the file called the planning of the railway network of Sichuan province,The research mainly worked on the analysis of adaptability of the planning network ability.On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation of the planning railway network in Sichuan province has been analyzed.The planning railway network formed in 2020 and 2030 and the quantity of passenger and freight are the foundation of the analysis of the adaptability of Sichuan railway network capacity.Firstly,according to the construction standard,the planning railway lines are divided into State railways,local railways,intercity railway,high-speed railway and 200 km/h railway and other types.The types of railway determine its transport capacity.According to the transportation demand forecast data,Sichuan province has been divided into 21 traffic zones,outside the region is divided into 9 traffic areas.The transportation distribution was calculated by using the gravity model,the specific data of passenger and freight transport in 2020 and 2030 of each traffic flow are calculated.With the principle of the shortest path,the damands are distributed along the main railway lines of the network.Then the passenger and freight transport task in 2020 and 2030 of each section of the railway network is confirmed.After that,the capacity utilization rate is calculated according to the standard of the line capacity.This paper analyzes the adaptability of railway network planning in 2020 and 2030,and some corresponding suggestions are put forward.On the basis of scientific,concise,systematic and comprehensive and dynamic principle,10 indexs are selected,such as technical standard,transport capacity,road network structure technology etc.As the basic data,the fuzzy matter-element evaluation of Sichuan province's railway network planning model is constructed.Combined with the results of the 10 evaluation indexes,the comprehensive evaluation of the railway network is made from the two aspects of single index and integrity.Sichuan Province planned to build a two vertical and three horizontal road network skeleton in accordance with the idea called "Chengdu hub is the center,outside Sichuan railway as the frame,inside the main railway to support,the branch railway for supplementary".A full range of foreign large capacity channel,covering 21 cities(states),and the internal local freight and trunk railway network been convenient contacted is formatted.Through the above analysis and research,we can draw the conclusions:Firstly,the planning network of railway have reasonable structure for both passenger and freight transport network,the connectivity is better,the existing railway network of Sichuan province has been effectively expanded.Secondly,the social and economic benefits of Sichuan has been effectively improved by the.Thirdly,the passenger and cargo transportation demand in 2020 and 2030 can be well adapted to the planning railway network.Fourthly,the overall requirements of regional development of Sichuan province can effectively be met by the planning railway network.
