This project research section of the main channel between the counties, do the upgrade inKebai highway on the basis of the existing.First introduced the Kebai part project to meet Chang five highway, Keshan County andBaiquan county road network analysis of the current situation of this project involves twocounties, the social and economic development trend and demand are given according to thehighway upgrade, upgrade requirements and the existing highway of Kebai provincial boundarysegment of Kebai technology planning.The core task of this paper is the technical planning of the Kebai circles in the followingtwo aspects:(1) the technology plan meets the future traffic demand, the traffic volumeprediction assessment and traffic potential (2) investment and benefit evaluation of technologyplanning.The traffic volume prediction assessment and traffic potential part do the following work:(1)to do a survey of existing Kebai highway traffic history and current situation, then according tothe prediction of future Kebai highway traffic volume of local economic development.(2) theforecast for the province docubind circle section built induced traffic increment.(3) according tothe forecast of highway service level standards and traffic volume, the province docubind circlesin the future potential traffic characteristic year to do the assessment.Evaluation of investment and benefit of the following work has been done:(1) from theKebai part of investment, construction period and operation period of adjustment costmaintenance cost estimation method is given in three aspects, the costs and results.(3) from thereduced vehicle operating cost, time saving, reduction of three passenger traffic accidents, thecalculation program of national economic benefit.(4) the investment (investment and cost) andoutput (economic) decomposition to the various features of the year, and then calculate theinput-output ratio and the investment recovery period.(5) consider the construction cost of theincreased uncertainty and future income may be reduced, from two aspects of efficiency changeand changes in the economic sensitivity analysis of construction cost.
