With the rapid development of packaging machinery industry,packaging production line has been widely used in the production of enterprises at home and abroad.Aerosol cans are indispensable consumption goods in daily life,its production process has the characteristics such as multiple species and small batch.At present,the domestic packaging production line has poor universal property,and it is difficult to achieve automatic packaging for various aerosol cans.At the same time,the way of manual packaging is still used in most domestic enterprises,its production efficiency is too low to meet the developmental demands of society and business.Faced with the characteristics of aerosol cans and its packaging process requirements,this paper takes the typical bottle shaped aerosol cans as research object,and puts forward a set of design schemes which are suitable for the automatic packaging production line,and the mechanical structure and control system of the production line are also studied.According to functional requirements of the production line,overall design of the production line was conducted,and the packaging process route of the unpacking-arrangement-packing-sealing-palletizing was determined.According to the idea of modularization design,the production line was divided into five subsystems:case unpacker,arrangement mechanism,case packer,sealing machine and stacker.The design schemes of each subsystem and the overall layout of the production line were also determined.The mechanical structure design of the automatic packaging production line for various aerosol cans was performed.The working principle of each main subsystem was investigated,mechanical structure and related parameters in the subsystem were determined by choosing reasonable power mechanism,actuator and transmission system.ANSYS software was used to conduct finite-element analysis of the key components in the production line,in order to justify the rationality of the designed mechanism in this paper.According to the hardware and software functional requirements,the control system of the production line was designed.Overall scheme of the control system based on PLC was determined,which include equipment selection,hardware configuration,and control system circuit design.Then,the software program and its corresponding HMI were designed in the software design part.Through debugging,the result proved that the software program was correct.
