Research On Impact Factors Of New Urbanization Planning Based On The Analytic Hierarchy Process

This paper reviews the progress in the theory and practice of urban development at home and abroad, using the theory of dual economic structure, factor mobility and agglomeration and the theory of rural-urban migration.It defines the concept of new urbanization and its planning on the basis of a number of scholars’ papers and the latest meetings. As the theoretical starting point of this article,this paper analyzes the essence of new urbanization planning and points out five points and its components.What’s more, basing on genetic algorithm Fuzzy AHP and the concept of the foregoing new urbanization planning, this paper establishs a new urbanization factors index system.It will be divided into "human" impact factors,"four modernizations" coordination factors,"urban agglomerations" factors,"ecological" factors and "quality" factors.Finally, this paper uses genetic algorithm Fuzzy AHP process model through the example of Shandong Province and the index system has been established to collect the corresponding years’ data,pointing out impact factors in new urbanization planning of Shandong Province.And then, from the five factors of "people","four modernizations" coordination,"urban agglomerations","ecology" and "quality",it gives its policy recommendations.
