Research On The Evaluation Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Shandong Province Based On The County (city) Spatial Unit

Under the background of the new urbanization,our country put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,the rural human settlement environment is paid more and more attention to.However,the construction of the evaluation system of rural human settlements environment is still not perfect,the evaluation method needs to be improved,and there is a lack of relevant research results in practice,such as policy making.This paper takes 85 counties(cities)of Shandong Province as the research object,selecting indicators from three aspects of Natural Ecology,Social Humanities and Regional Space.Assigning weights to indicators through the Delphi method and the Analytic hierarchy process,establishment of an evaluation system with 39 indicators at four levels,county(city)for the evaluation of rural human settlements in Shandong Province.Combined with the evaluation results,the impact factors of rural human settlements were analyzed.Eventually,put forward the relevant planning strategy,The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference and basis for improving the rural human settlements environment,realizing the strategy of rural revitalization,and constituting the coordinated development pattern of urban and rural integration.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1)Summarize the theoretical research on the concept of rural human settlement environment,evaluation index system,optimization strategy,etc.Understanding the present situation of the Theory,method and practice of Rural Human Settlements Assessment,summing up its shortcomings,it lays a foundation for the systematic construction of the evaluation system of rural human settlement environment.2)Draw lessons from previous studies,combined with the present situation of rural human settlements in Shandong Province,selecting evaluation index;Using Delphi method,Analytic hierarchy process.At the same time,according to the different cognition of villagers,village cadres and the leaders of relevant planning departments on the importance of the evaluation indexes of rural human settlements environment in the field survey,assign weight to relevant indicators.A comprehensive evaluation system consisting of natural ecology,social humanities and regional space was set up with county(city)as space unit.In accordance with the established comprehensive evaluation system for the rural human settlements environment,sample data processing,the regional differences and distribution characteristics of rural human settlements in counties(cities)of Shandong Province were evaluated.3)Combined with the results of the evaluation of rural human settlements in counties(cities)of Shandong Province,to carry on the correlation analysis to the economic development,the population situation and so on which may have the influence to the rural human settlement environment.Find out the core influencing factors of rural human settlement environment in counties(cities)of Shandong Province.It mainly includes four factors:per capita GDP of county and urban area,per capita net income of farmers,the proportion of rural population aged 16 to 60,and the scale of rural construction land.4)According to the evaluation results and core influencing factors of rural residential environment in counties and cities of shandong province,Put forward to strengthen publicity and education,strengthening the rural environment supervision system,clear responsibility,at all levels of government aid to strengthen the construction of rural male clothing,development of rural economy,improving the structure of the population and the five optimization strategy,It is expected to improve the rural living environment and promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
