| Accumulating conveyor system was a conveyor system used for high.efficiencyand high flexible production system. For100years of the late19th century tonow,automotive industry had started from scratch with the rapid pace of developmentand had an extensive and profoundly impact on human society. Accumulating conveyorsystem was assembled from standardized components. Its flexible production line canmeet the production requirements of various production processes, especially in theautomotive industry. According to incomplete statistics, accumulating conveyor systemwas widely used in automobile production lines which have an annual output of morethan100,000. Previous accumulating conveyor system was so simple that unable toadapt to the rapid development of modern automation requirements. Thus it is necessaryto do depth research on accumulating conveyor system according to the current needs ofthe industrial development.In this paper,based on foreign automobile welding transportation lines andcombined with advanced foreign accumulating conveyor system,and then existingaccumulating conveyor system was optimized. At the same time,dynamics simulationanalysis and finite element analysis were done on the main improved institutions andstability test of accumulating conveyor systems was referenced and finally the law wasconcluded. Eventually accumulating conveyor systems performed better, cost is cheaperand the automation of welding conveyor line is further improved.The core technology of accumulating conveyor systems was mastered according tothe applied research on the accumulating conveyor system. Meanwhile, variousdomestic welding automation companies must adhere to independent innovation, unityand cooperation. There is a very significant meaning to improve our level of automotivemanufacturing by digesting and absorbing advanced technology, then using it in thedevelopment of new product after introduction. |
