Concern for national happiness is obvious feature of the new era of urbanconstruction, the quality of life in the pursuit of the ultimate goal of becoming thenew era of urban development.Since the1990s, China has entered a stage of rapid development ofurbanization. In the meantime, the economic structure and spatial structure ofcities have undergone varying degrees of reconstruction, the city there has been asignificant spatial differences. In the process of market transformation, this spatialdifferences with the continuous expansion of urban space and intensified, resultingin a trend of social differentiation spatial structure of the city. In this context, howto improve the basis for sustainable development on the quality of life of urbanresidents, enhance the well-being of urban life, become the focus of urbanplanning, geography and other disciplines.For residential commercial service facilities located in urban space unevenregional and urban residents to use the newly built facility inconvenientphenomenon, the main issue of concern in this paper has the following two reasons:first, because of the lack of basic data related to past studies, need to sort ou tgeographical differences in the residential service facility features aspectsreflected in what areas; second, due to the lack of relevant quantitative researchmethods to quantify the need to find ways of Difference area.Around these two issues, this paper mainly from the following four aspects ofthe investigation, analysis and discussion. First, settlements residents featurescommercial retail facilities; secondly, to compare different location of settlementsdifferences in use of the facility; Third, quantitative research methods reflect thebasic rules of business services and facilities under residential use and spaceconstraints; fourth explore the reasons for the differences.Quantitative research thesis mainly through time and space constraintsmethods, with emphasis on the use of commercial retail facility residentssettlements law characteristic analysis and interpretation; to differences inresearch, supplemented by comparing differences in the use of different residentsof settlements, commercial retail facilities.Through research the paper draws the following conclusions: First, the bit isan important cause of differences in area settlements characterized by the use ofdifferent commercial retail facilities; Secondly, temporal constraint met hod caneffectively use the expression differences settlements facilities; once again, the city will inevitably lead to the rapid expansion services configuration is notbalanced; Finally, the city center convenience of other phase comparison of thebest location facilities.
