Dispatching communication interactive system is responsible for information interaction in power grid dispatching, which is divided into human-computer interaction part between dispatcher and computer as well as human-human interaction part in dispatchers. An appropriate dispatching communication interactive system would be helpful for dispatchers to increase the efficiency of operation and communication, ensure the safety and order of power grid operation and finish dispatching task quickly.The development of human-human interaction part is far lagging behind human-computer part in dispatching communication interactive system. At present, transforming and upgrade of voice dispatching telephone and transform lines are the main aspects of the development of human-human interaction. However, as our country’s power grid develops rapidly, especially as the reform of dispatching organization and the proposing of "dispatching and control integration", new requirements are presented in human-human interaction. Voice dispatching telephone would no longer satisfy the needs of human-human interaction. In this article, human-human information interactive system introduced text technology in integration with voice interaction well is designed and realized, which makes up the shortages of voice dispatching phone and helps to increase dispatching efficiency.At present, the problem of multi-level intersect of dispatching human-human interaction is discovered in multi-level dispatching model. Meanwhile, dispatching means has been always limited to phone communication. Dispatching practice shows that single voice communication exists many shortages, such as single interaction means, low-down computer internal source use ratio, incident information superposition when many dispatchers communicating simultaneously, low-down storage efficiency of the process the information interaction, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of dispatching hierarchical structure division and etc. To solve these problems, in this article, text-technology is introduced and voice interaction means is integrated to structure dispatching human-human information interactive system with multi-interactive means and multi-interactive style.According to the actual demand of dispatching information interaction and vertical hierarchical dispatching structure in our country, design principles of interactive system is proposed. And then, construction idea of system is established based on design idea and design project. Afterwards, the basic framework of interactive system is built by three aspects of main function structure, display terminal and software structure. Multi-level structure design of each module and the whole system meets the requirements of dispatching hierarchy information interaction well.Dispatching human-human information interactive system is carried out layer-by-layer according to SSH framework. The system includes six modules, they are register and login module, online dispatching room module, dispatching forum module, dispatching information base module, resource sharing module, dispatching phone module and management module. The system realizes that using text and voice cooperatively, instant messaging and asynchronous communication are combined, many dispatchers communicate orderly at the same time, information screening displaying, interactive process and information are visible, information and resources are saved efficiently and integrated search etc. The functions realized by system satisfy the needs of human-human interaction of power grid dispatching at present.Finally, dispatching tasks are divided into common level, caution level and emergency level by timeliness. Different communication projects are made for each level of tasks to make the interactive system use better in dispatching communication.The dispatching human-human information interactive system designed in this article shows the superiority of human-human interaction in power grid dispatching by simulation experiment of dispatching cases.
