Recent years, with the continuous development of auto industry, vehicle product traceability management system is growing, RIFD technology as a new technology is getting more and more accepted by people and widely used, and taking over the place of the traditional traceability product of one-dimensional code and two-dimensional code. More and more foreign companies using RIFD technology are applied in automobile industry environment, but due to the introduction of the high cost of often let us off. Completely localization industry RFID technology is the early stage. Saic company of passager vehicles with independent brand-engine plant in combination with the domestic advanced technology institute-Shanghai gm identification technology research institute jointly developed with independent intellectual property rights of RFID auto engine manufacturing traceability and dynamic auxiliary management systemThe goal of this system is the aid of localization of RFID technology, to realize automatic real-time manufacturing information and related data collection, and unified management, ensure the accuracy of manufacture system feedback, driving the fundamental change of management mode and bring quality to the whole manufacturing system.Specifically, this system in Shanghai automotive engine plant K4real-time data acquisition designated location for engine cylinder block production line processing equipment produced by the production data, and writing the installation within the electronic tag on the work parts, at the same time to save the data set in the backend database. Through real-time monitoring management interface managers can understand the each station of the processing conditions and real-time data, and can check all kinds of statistical results, realize the traceability of products and manufacturing quality of the dynamic auxiliary management.This project for production build in machining production line and development conditions, which can adapt to total station equipped with K4cylinder block production line, at the same time it under the condition of invariable in keeping the architecture can adapt to different production line equipped with multiple use. This project is application of RFID technology in automotive engine manufacturing a innovation and attempt, for RFID technology in a wider range of processing and manufacturing applications set the example. On the premise of unchanged core technology, can be customized according to different application fields of specialized solution, for the modern manufacturing services.
