With the acceleration of global economic integration, market competition has become more and more fierce; manufacturing production process will face more uncertainty facts. Therefore, in order to survive in the competitive environment, the manufacturing must strengthen monitoring and control of production process in the shop floor, and be able to ensure the level of quality and cost under the premise, the same time response to market demand for the product timely.this paper combined the assembly line of its own characteristics, and for the complex mechanical product characteristics, focusing on the overall control of product quality in the assembly process, and in the assembly process of an automobile engine as an example to study of an automobile engine monitoring and control methods, and on this basis, the establishment of the assembly process monitor and control system platform.First, the article describes the basic system requirements for discrete assembly process monitoring systems and classification analysis on-site data, as well as the monitoring of key object of a detailed description of the process. Secondly, this paper is to study Discrete assembly process key enabling technologies, it starts mainly from RFID-based information collection technology, analyzes the process of monitoring technology, the establishment of the assembly process model, and how to ensure the integrity of the information collected in detail. Again, based on statistical principles to monitor and analysis quality data, giving a detailed description of the application of various types of control charts in the assembly process, it stars mainly from the static arrangement diagram and causal diagram and Dynamic SPC control charts to monitor and analysis the quality data of the assembly process. At last, through the implementation and operation of the monitoring system to verify that the monitoring system and the monitoring methods can not only enable staff to grasp of Various production states of the assembly process, but also find abnormal problems and promptly react accordingly, improve the corporate decision-making levels of timeliness, which largely improve assembly quality and production efficiency.it improves the timeliness of corporate decision-making level,also Largely improves assembly quality and production efficiency.
