IPD (integrated project delivery, Integrated Project Delivery, referred to as IPD)engineering mode is a project of the project of system, personnel, practice andbusiness structure of highly centralized mode in recent years emerging. This workmode can better solve the many problems of traditional engineering mode error,design changes, cost overruns, duration of procrastination, coordination, lowefficiency, slow. Because the IPD project model in the embryonic stage, this kind ofmode is still little project, this paper intends to conduct in-depth research on RiskSharing Project under the mode of IPD. This paper is mainly to discuss the projectunder IPD mode between owner and contractor risk sharing problem, we design thecorresponding risk sharing system.This paper uses the principal-agent model of the game theory to analyze the riskof engineering project under the mode of IPD between owner and contractor to shareproblems, establish incentive and constraint system corresponding on the basis ofresearch results.First of all, on the basis of many scholars, introduced the concept of IPD mode,and compared with the traditional engineering model, further risk to the project underthe mode of IPD were identified and analyzed, on the basis of risk identification,combining with the engineering project risk subject, risk factors and sharing of riskanalysis the main risk sharing, so as to determine the engineering project under themode of IPD, further research on the relationship between the main risk sharing.Secondly, on the premise of establishing risk engineering project under the modeof IPD sharing main body, a principal-agent model between owner and contractor,analysis of risk between owner and contractor sharing situation, finally come to theconclusion that the IPD mode project risk sharing and risk aversion coefficient relatedto the owner and the contractor, and on the basis o f design the risk sharing incentivesystem and risk sharing constraint system.Finally, select the DJ project as a project under IPD mode is analyzed as a case.In the case analysis, risk between IPD mode project owners and contractors use beforethe establishment of the sharing game model research, and discussed in the case ofinformation asymmetry, the establishment of incentive and constraint system.
