The grid distribution range is very wide because of the vast territory of China,long distance transmission power is the main transmission form at most areas, greatharm to the safe and stable operation of power grid is brought by the complexlandscape and changeful climate. In order to improve the vulnerability of the powergrid, the study about anti-disaster transmission network planning is needed.The occurrence of natural disasters would make a serious impact on the safeoperation of the Transmission network, without taking into account disasterresilience, traditional transmission network would occur large blackouts when itencounters natural disaster. To meet the requirements of anti-disaster, a model foranti-disaster transmission network planning, which meets sustained and reliablepower supply to the rigid load is established. Under the premise of sustained andreliable power supply, introducing important node, fragile and vulnerable lines andlines can Ensure the rigid load continuous and reliable power supply, frominvestment costs, secondary construction costs and transmission capacity underdisaster, is given to prove the correctness and validity of the proposedmodel.Considering the probability of different strength natural disaster differs, andthe impact on the differential line from different design standard is different, so theproblem of disaster intensity and its probability, loss of important load and loadcompensation are considered together to evaluate anti-disaster planning scheme underdifferent design criteria.At the present, the global optimal solution can hardly be found in thelarge-scale transmission networks planning problems. After the main disadvantage ofbeing inclined to premature convergence, low accuracy and convergence rate inharmony algorithm are discussed, with the increase in the dimension optimizationproblem, chaos adaptive grouping harmony search algorithm is proposed. Throughgroup dimension, mutation and chaos disturbance to improve search ability of the algorithm,it can quickly solve large-scale transmission networks planning problems.Through the results of the system, it can not only prove the algorithm and modelcorrectness and effectiveness in transmission network planning.
