To carry out the process of penetration test technology research for improve theresearch level of penetration has great significance.Ever carried out for the penetrationprocess of test technology research mostly focus on medium and low speed under thecondition of penetration, penetration depth is shallow.This study mainly explored the testtechnology of deeply penetrating on the concrete target, finally designed and verified a testsystem of missile-borne memory employed under the condition of rapid deep penetration,by the ways of numerical simulation, circuit design, circuit protection, live-fire testing,etc.(1)Employing the ANSYS/LS-DYNA, this research analyzed the characteristics ofhigh speed deep penetration acceleration signal,by stimulating the process of steelprojectile rapidly deep penetrating on concrete target; corresponding technical indicators ofmissile-borne test system was then put forward based on the characteristics as well astesting environment.(2)High speed deep penetration missile test system hardware circuit was furtherdesigned, according to the corresponding technical indicators;(3)The anti-high overload technology of missile-borne test system was studies from theperspectives of high-strength shell, circuit module vacuum sealing andcushioningstructure. A buffer structure of aluminum shell coating foam aluminum was designed toaddress the problem of rubber cushion structure’s poor effect on absorbing energy in theprocess of penetration; through the simulation of ANSYS/LS-DYNA, such buffer structurewas proved to effectively reduce the peak acceleration loaded on the circuit module,providing much more protection on the circuit module.(4)Such testing system was further examined through the air cannon, and the resultsindicated its reliability and high precision under the condition of penetration.In the live ammunition firing practice, missile borne test system successfully obtained completeacceleration signal of the whole process. After comparing with other test methods andresults, such system is believed to be much more reliable in the process of high speed deeppenetration, with higher measuring accuracy.
