With the rapid development of China’s high-speed rail undertakings, people start to attach great importance to automatic technology. Automated high-speed rail trains control system becomes a technical hot spot. ATO namely automatic train operation system, is significant to train operation automatically. With ATO system, train can be ran and stopped automatically under the unmanned mode. To detect functional correctness of ATO system, this thesis combined with computer simulation technology and developed the simulation test platform for ATO CTCS2train control system.The aim of the High-Speed Train Control System Simulation and Test Platform is to provide a simulation and test environment with low-cost, high-precision and high-factuality. With its help, verification experiment and equipment testing can be performed in the lab. As the core of the platform, the software system takes on the tasks of scene simulation, equipment management and scheduling.Based on the requirements of CTCS2train control system, this thesis discusses the design and implementation of train control system. Firstly this thesis introduces the structure of CTCS2train control system; secondly, this thesis introduces the four modules of simulation platform; finally, this thesis summarized the optimization of simulation platform in database, calculation and display level. The development platform of software is so involved in Virtual Studio2008development tools and this thesis relies heavily on database technology and computer communication technology.
