As we all know, the piston is a very important component of the engine combustionchamber, which is the engine of the heart. As the main heat component in the combustionchamber, the reliability of the piston directly influences the reliability of the engine. Toanalyze the reliability of piston and predict the fatigue failure mechanism of the piston, thetemperature distribution of the piston during engine operation is firstly understood. However,the piston is high-speed reciprocating parts. It is very difficult to measure the temperature, notto mention the real-time display of the measured temperature. The traditional temperaturemeasurement device cannot meet the demand of piston temperature. In this paper, a newpiston temperature measuring device based on wireless transmission technology is proposed,which provides a new method for piston temperature measurement.In the first chapter, the importance of temperature measurement and the problemsencountered are introduced, and the development of temperature measurement and wirelesscommunication technology is concluded. The second chapter combined piston workingenvironment particularity of formulates the overall design scheme of the system, system fortemperature data acquisition emission end and a data receiving module, for the purpose ofselecting the appropriate method of temperature measurement and wireless transmissionscheme. In the third chapter, the hardware circuit of the system is designed, and the hardwarecircuit of each module is given. In the fourth chapter, the software design of the system isintroduced in detail, including the software design of the system overall scheme,communication protocol used in the system, programming system software developmentplatform, programming code, and PC reading program design. In the fifth chapter, thecalibration of the system is carried out, including the calibration of AD590and the calibration of temperature data, and the curve of the measured data are obtained. The sixth chaptersummarizes the whole paper, and points out the innovation points and shortcomings of thedesign.
