| In the modern mortar radio fuze, turbine generator is used for power generally, whichuse ballistic air pressure as driving force of turbine so that it has high-speed rotation. This canproduce electromotive force for fuze safety systems and electronic components. Electrical en-ergy is related with rotor speed. In order to ensure that it is enough to supply the power forturbine generator,generator rotor speed has become the more significant factor. Therefore,according to the specific application environment of the fuze system, this paper designed afull digital speed measurement system based on AT89C51single chip microcomputer. It isused for getting rotation speed of projectile in flight.This paper describes the current research of speed measurement system. For the particu-larity and complexity of ballistic mortar environment, the overall scheme of the fuze turbinespeed measurement system is designed. According to the system requirements for the fuze,the speed sensor is selected. It focuses on the basic method of system works and speed meas-urement. Possible problems is explained and specific solutions is proposed. Hardware circuitis designed.Signal processing module, power supply circuit module, MCU control module,data storage module, display module and the PC communication module are included. Systemstructure and installation location is designed by drawing software. In previous work, themodular debugging and system static tests is involved for speed measurement systems. Thefeasibility of the system to achieve speed acquisition is verified. And the resulting dates areanalyzed.The system has many advantages, such as small volume, good performance, simplestructure and so on. And it has a strong anti-jamming capability in harsh environments. It can be used in Electronic control system that speed is processed and displayed, such as engines,machine tool spindles, cars, weapons systems and other rotating equipment. It has broad ap-plication prospects. |
