Research And Application Of Management And Construction Of Fine Design In The Cost Control Of Engineering Project

With the embed reformations and the constant improvements of the construction markets in China, finding how to keep the maximum profits of the projects has become a desperate problem for construction institutions under the intense pressure of the competition. Construction project cost control is the key link in project management. Implementing the methods of refined management and deepen design as well as others, is not only good for enhancing profit rates, but it also has a significant improvement relating to the enhancement of management level of these construction institutions.This thesis’s first analysis is on the current situations and main problems of project cost control; through methods of literal based research, case study, and statistical analysis. This thesis also illustrates research on how to control cost from many aspects, which are; strengthening organization systems, cost planning, the refined management of product and material resources and the optimization of technical and schematically uses. All of the above are base on the research tools, which are risk-cost management, risk-cost assessment, refined management, deepen design and so on. The resulting conclusion is in how to utilizing these methods to control cost when the project is being undertaken, and when its becoming deepen designation. Lastly, using these methods and tools in the real time project management.The methods mentioned in this thesis, are to refine management and deepen design, to provide the thought and methodology for construction institutions to control cost, and to provide references and technical practices in order put them into effect so it may improve the management of project cost.
