| Project construction cost control directly affects the production efficiency and corporate profits of construction enterprises,especially the impact on the entire project,and it is also related to the improvement of enterprise management level and management ability.Therefore,project construction cost control is particularly important for construction companies.In the process of project construction cost control,construction enterprises need to strictly control the cost in accordance with the regulations,and adopt effective cost control methods to improve the level of cost control,thereby improving the competitiveness of the project construction enterprise itself.This paper selects the construction cost control of Z company’s project for research.Company Z is a typical project construction enterprise,and project construction cost control is particularly important to it.This paper introduces the actual situation of Z company’s previous project construction cost control,analyzes the Z company’s project construction cost control mode,and finds that Z company has three problems in the construction cost control organization system,control process and control measures in the process of project cost control.Aiming at the problems of Z company,this paper further analyzes the reasons,and finds that the reasons for Z company’s project construction cost control problems include weak concept of construction cost control,unscientific construction cost control methods,and insufficient professionalism of construction cost control personnel.Based on the above problems and reasons,this paper further combines the actual situation of the X project of Z company,and puts forward the ideas and schemes of project construction cost control based on the concept of comprehensive cost management and refined management,and gives the construction cost control organization system,control process and control measures.Three aspects of the improvement methods,and from the cost control concept,cost control methods,cost control personnel to put forward specific safeguard measures.Finally,the phased results achieved by the implementation of the construction cost control scheme and the guarantee mechanism of the X project of the Z company designed according to this paper are introduced.The following four core conclusions are drawn from this study.Conclusion 1,the definition of cost,the relevant theory of cost,as well as the definition of construction cost,the control of construction cost,the influencing factors of construction cost,the control method of construction cost,etc.are initially clarified.Conclusion 2,in the process of project construction cost control of Z company,there are problems in organizational system,implementation of measures and control process.Lack of professionalism.Conclusion 3,combined with the results of Z company’s project construction cost control and the analysis results,according to the actual situation of Z company’s X project,put forward the construction cost control plan and guarantee mechanism.Conclusion 4: Use the concept of refined management to ensure the implementation of the construction cost control plan of the X project of the Z company,promote the informatization and standardized construction of the Z company,and give the staged results of the implementation of the construction cost control plan of the Z company X project.The research of this paper has certain reference significance and reference value for Z company and similar construction enterprises.The research results of this paper will help construction enterprises to improve their understanding of project construction cost control,strengthen project construction cost management,urge enterprises to do a good job in project cost control,and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of project construction enterprises. |
