The rotary drilling rig is a high end hole forming equipment in the pile foundation engineering with high integration of machine,electricity and liquid.It plays an extremely important role in the pile foundation construction of the national infrastructure construction.In the past,the main battleground of drilling machine construction in China was high-speed rail and expressway.In recent years,the construction of industry and people was dominated.In addition,the demand of inter-city railway,subway,power station,transmission and other fields prompted the rapid development of rotary drilling rig in China.From the comparison of construction strata,pile length,and pile diameter,in the past,shallow piles and small piles were mainly in the soil layer.Now there is a trend of "hard,long,and large" development.For example,the pile diameter exceeds 1800 mm and the pile depth exceeds 70 M.There are many projects to enter the rock.For the current domestic market in each type of rotary drilling rig,the efficiency of large models is low and fuel consumption is high;Small models have low torque and low usage.In order to fill the market demand and boost the company’s product market,the special design of the main working conditions of the seperate hydraulic system,that is,to meet the demand for large torque when rock formations,deep piles,and to meet the demand for soil layer and shallow piles.By analyzing the market demand of the rotary drilling rig,this paper puts forward the main working conditions,namely the main volume,the power head,and the pressurized rolling gear design ideas.Based on the CAT336 D retractable chassis,the optimal distribution and spraying turbocharged engine is adapted to the bad construction environment.The key parts of the hydraulic system use the Caterpillar hydraulic system control loop and the pilot control loop.Its core uses advanced load feedback technology to enable the flow to be assigned to the various operating devices of the system on demand.The main pump is automatically controlled by the negative flow constant power variable.The optimal matching of load and engine output power under different working conditions is realized,and the speed and torque are divided by variable motor displacement control.Based on the above ideas,the paper analyzes the hydraulic system of the rotary drilling rig,and designs the gear according to the market needs,and according to the market requirements for equipment parameters.For the main volume,pressurized roll,power head hydraulic system components-piston pump,PSV control valve,hydraulic motor,pipeline selection,calculation;However,the hydraulic system of the rotary drilling rig is more complex.When designing and analyzing,it is more difficult.Through testing,debugging,and technical modification and technical adjustment of equipment,the product cycle often can not meet the needs of the rapidly changing market.Therefore,according to the design of this paper,The AMESim hydraulic simulation is carried out in the main working conditions of the main improvement.Through hydraulic simulation,problems are discovered and corrected.Finally,the test stage is used to verify the rationality of the hydraulic system design,facilitate the optimization of the design,shorten the design cycle,and occupy the market in advance.
