Evaluation Study On Coordination Of The Facilities And Equipments In Rational Colleting-distribution System

Railway collecting-distributing system is a important part of the railway network, configuring the facilities and equipment of the railway collecting-distributing system reasonably is very necessary for the system innovation transport organization and improvement of the operation and management. It’s also very important for railway freight system to realize the goal of freight transportation reform, and to enhance the competitiveness of the railway transport products.On the basis of analysis the railway collecting-distributing system’s concept, elements, operation links and transport organization, the essay divided the railway colleting-distribution system in three parts which are road network colleting-distribution system, railway hub colleting-distribution system and freight yard colleting-distribution system. In every colleting-distribution system, the thesis analyzed their situations and problems of facilities and equipment configuration, put forward the principles of the coordination configuration evaluation, and then considered the influences from facilities and equipments’abilities and technical conditions, finally built the evaluation index of coordination configuration evaluation from the facilities and equipment in railway collecting-distributing system. The essay had two instance analyses in Xining hub colleting-distribution system and freight yard colleting-distribution systems in Jiaoliu line, then calculate by Matlab to verify the practicability and the maneuverability of the model.
