To achieve the target that entire column arrival-departure, handling of entire column and through transporting of railway bulk cargo transportation, The Ministry of Railways plan to reconstruct the transport corridor of railway bulk cargo like coal, ore and building materials and its collecting and distributing system. According to reconstruction of collecting and distributing system, study on the matching of technical equipments standard and coordination of capacity for railway bulk cargo collecting and distributing system in this paper. By building configuration model of handling machinery for bulk cargo, further optimization for technical equipments of system.Starting with Main Railway Technical Policy and status of collecting and distributing system for bulk cargo system, in this paper the road network layout and the great background is introduced, which is that the characteristic of bulk cargo provide conditions for through transport and heavy-haul transportation, and analyzing the element of collecting and distributing system for bulk cargo on the basis. According to combination of existing transportation organization and problems, the enlightenment of bulk cargo transportation organization innovation from rail transport organizational innovation and development trend are analyzed.The study focal point of this thesis is rational allocate technical equipments for bulk cargo collecting and distributing system, namely based on analyzing of configuration principle for element of bulk cargo collecting and distributing system, establishing cohesive relations among each element and technical standard. Regard two limitations of line capacity and handling point programming volume as the starting point, further establish the mathematical relationship about coordination of operation ability between bulk cargo collecting and distributing system equipments. Considering that the operation of handle is one of bottleneck for affecting the collection and distribution system capacity, based on the queuing process and least-cost separately, rational allocation models are established. Finally, the strategic loading points in shen-shuo railway is taken as an example, using the model to configure the number of DaLiuTa loading point loading machinery after dealing with the relevant data of stations, of the allocation model, matlab simulation technology is used to expressed the model directly, so as to prove the practicability and maneuverability.
