| Automatic Train Protection (ATP) system is the core subsystem of the train control system, which is responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of train operation. As an important part of ATP, ATP on-board host computer achieves the function of the speed-distance mode curve generation and train speeding prevention mainly.In order to complete the function and performance test, host computer need to be provided the excitation signal under specific indicator or the signal index of host computer output measurement by a variety of testing instruments in the traditional ATP on-board host computer test. These lead to the high cost, poor efficiency and difficult field test of ATP host computer test.The disadvantages of traditional test method and the next generation of automatic test system architecture were analyzed, and on these bases, design ideas of ATP on-board tester was proposed and completed based on synthesis instrument. According to the flexible configuration of multi-channel test requirements under each function unit, different test functions were achieved under the condition of not controlled by the PC. Testing instruments, such as oscilloscope, signal generator were replaced to reduce test cost, improve test efficiency and provide convenient for field test and application factory equipment test. The main work is as follows:(1) The theory and architecture of the next generation of automatic test system were introduced and analyzed, and the key technology in the next generation test system was obtained. The applicability of synthetic instrument technology on ATP on-board host computer test was obtained.(2) The test requirement of each ATP on-board host computer function board was analyzed in detail. Combining the classification and analysis of synthetic instrument technology for traditional test instrument, the overall system requirements were proposed.(3) Combining synthetic instrument, the analysis of system requirements,oerall system design, analysis and design of hardware requirements and software requirements were completed.(4) The system function verification of instrument was completed, and put greater emphasis on the verification of test instrument configuration. Then the conclusion of verification was analyzed. (5) Debugging test instrument, remote monitoring software and ATP host computer board, the overall performance of the system was evaluated, the verification and debugging conclusion were analyzed, and the optimal measures were proposed.The system debugging and the trial results indicate ATP on-board host computer tester can adapt and meet the needs of the board level function test of ATP host computer. |
