In summer, with the improvement of people’s living standard, central air-conditioning energy consumption constantly improves, and the proportion of central air-conditioning energy consumption in total power consumption of a building also improves. In order to reduce energy consumption, many central air-conditionings have been energy saving reformed, but they remains to be low efficient and serious waste of cooling energy. In regard of these problems, this paper solves the problem of cooling energy waste by study the central air-conditioning energy optimization control system based on hybrid model, predict the characteristics of relation between energy consumption and output cooling energy and program the optimization target temperature curve under the same energy consumption level. This paper optimizes the control of each part of air-conditioning system in real-time control by using hybrid model and improves the energy efficiency of air-conditioning system.In this paper, the main work includes:On the problems of complex air-conditioning system structure, unpredictable relation of input quantity, energy consumption and output cooling energy, this paper firstly establishes the grey box model of central air conditioning system with undetermined coefficients, and then confirms the coefficients and builds the air conditioning system physical model by using the actual operation data of the air conditioning system.On the problem of little accuracy of physical model, this paper builds central air conditioning system hybrid model based on artificial neural network, and analyses the prediction results of hybrid model.On the problems of large scale of calculation in real-time control based on hybrid model and the uncertainty of system rapidity, this paper establishes an expert table based on hybrid prediction, and the system control can be achieved by seeking table.On the problem that traditional automatic control system is unable to automatically optimize controlled target value without prediction of energy consumption so that causes waste of energy, this paper designs the function of target temperature planning under the specified energy consumption, ensures people’s comfort in air-conditioning environment and also saves energy.In addition, this paper designs the core part of hardware and the control system software. After simulation and analysis, the energy saving effect of this system is more than20%.
