| As a new technology for the renewable energy, Ground Sorce Heat Pump(GSHP) is widely used in the skyscraper and other pubic constructions areas owing to its advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection. Aiming at the problem that the operation parameters and energy consumption index of geothermal air conditioning system is lack of efficient evaluation, Therefore, the design of data monitor system is of great economic and social value for the realization of data acquisition, system monitoring and data statistics among different monitoring points. This paper introduces has designed a set of data monitor system for the realization of data acquisition, system monitoring and data statistics among different monitoring pointsThe Data Monitor System is composed of Data Acquisition System and Remote Data Center. Data Acquisition System fulfils three major functions including data acquisition, data processing and network transmission. This system is designed using 32-bit embedded chips based on ARM technology, flux of the circulating water, power consumption of the pump and the temperature comparison between inlet/outlet water should be the primary collecting index. Each sensor device for acquiring data should be mounted on the bus network of hardware system in the way of RS485 protocol. The procedure will pick up relevant collecting information by the way of sending specific orders to sensor device, which are in the RS-485 bus network. Data processing completed by procedure mainly achieves the conversion of collected data, the calculation of energy consumption, the operation methods on XML document, the solution of data access, etc. Network transmission system is a medium for communication between acquisition system and remote center for the purpose of the realization of analysis, transmission, network status detection and processing mechanism while network is abnormal. Remote data center mainly realizes remote database data storage and related data curve display.While setting up platform and programming, acquisition system is consisted of the design of hardware acquisition circuit, porting embedded system, the data collecting program design based on Qt4 interface. Acquisition program shows QMainWindow parented to the main window and achieves the functions of data collecting, processing and transmission by the way of the subclass such as 485 communication subclass, internetwork communication subclass, QDomDocument subclass and so on created by programmer. Server program is used to actualize the interconnection of acquisition system and remote data center based on.NET framework and SQL database technology, and to insure that the whole index are aggregated, processed, stored and displayed respectively in the data center among different regions.The Data Monitor System has been installed and been working well. The system displays the inspection data and energy consumption index integrallty of geothermal air conditioning system and shows all parameters through the real-time data and historical data curve. The system has been stable operation over one year and it is a good proof to show that the geothermal air conditioning system is quite energy-saving and the data monitor system is robust based on the analysis of the energy consumption data accumulated during the past year. |
