With the rapid development of isolation technology, the development and the renewal of isolation device inevitably lead to a lot of isolation bearings perform relevant tests in need. Type test is needed when authenticate the isolation rubber bearing in engineering application of new products or the proven products have great changes. The-type test can determine if the performances of new products conform to the requirements of engineering needs and ensure isolation device under seismic action can play an efficient role. But there is few relevant standards and national standards give complete evaluation standard of the- type test, so the evaluation system needs establishing and improvement to evaluate the merits of each index and the integrity of bearings in type test results.This paper carries out this work, specific work content is as follows:1. Established the evaluation standard to determine various performance of the isolation rubber bearing type testEstablishing the evaluation standard to determine various performance of the isolation rubber bearing type test is an important part in the establishing the evaluation standard of isolation rubber bearing type in the-type test. Many type test items of isolation rubber bearing haven’t given the distinguish standard explicitly in the existing national standards, especially the relevance of shear performance and the relevance of compressibility in the judgment of specific type test result. In addition,the tensile properties as one of the very important evaluation indexes haven’t any definite criterion too.In this paper, Based on many relevant national standards and norms, combinedwith the actual project requirements and through comprehensive test established the evaluation standard to determine various performance of the isolation rubber bearing type test, In addition, a method to determine every type test item’s results based on grading score.2. Built the evaluation system of isolation rubber bearing type checksThere are many kinds of comprehensive evaluation method, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method, combined with the characteristics of the isolation rubber bearing type test, and choose the analytic hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method as the basic method to evaluate the results of the-type test of isolation rubber bearing.This paper defines the-type test’s evaluation system which based on the object scopes, the standards scopes, the underlying index scopes of the rubber bearing’s the-type test. Firstly, the object scopes for the-type test’ result of isolation rubber bearing; secondly, the verifying performance of the rubber bearing is divided into absolute and relative performance, in turn, it confirmed two sub-goals, then, the performance of isolation bearing which affect the realization of the target scopes is divided into the standards scopes such as compression, shear properties and tensile properties, lastly, the specific test content which is needed in goal achievement is divided the underlying index scopes. According to the above method, the framework of complete evaluation system of building isolation rubber bearing’s type test and bridge isolation rubber bearing’s type test are established respectively.According to the established evaluation criteria, comparison matrix is established after comparing one to another, then, established the weight coefficient of the first or second level indexes respectively. The test rating which affect the performance of rubber bearing is systematic settled and balanced, Then the paper give the standards to evaluate the type-test’s result of rubber bearing,in addition, whether the comprehensive evaluation conclusion match the actual condition have been validated by example.3. Cutting performance test of rubber bearingIn the type-test project, there is little related quantitative decision criteria in the national standard about the test items, the corresponding shear strain of tensile and yield failure in tensile test. For the isolation rubber bearing, the performance’s superiority-inferiority is extremely important. The rubber bearing is often in the comprehensive effect of the shear and tensile state when encounter major earthquakes,and the tensile properties of the bearing is one of critical factors that restrict the application and development of isolation rubber bearing in high-rise building. So this paper studies the tensile properties of the rubber under the different shear deformation through rubber bearing tensile shear test.4. Given the suggested yield criteria about the shearing strain corresponding with tensile and yield failure in the rubber bearing’s type- testGiven the yield criteria about the shearing strain corresponding with tensile and yield failure in the rubber bearing’s type- test according the experimental data of the rubber bearing’s cutting performance test, further improved the evaluation standard of the isolation rubber bearing type test’s performance.
