With the continuous development of the city, the basic requirements of the city grid gradually shift to make the aerial line to cable.The last cable management is comparatively extensive, backward, not make full use of the information system, which make daily management confused, affect the daily repair, reduces the city power supply reliability rate, at the same time to the construction work with the hidden trouble of safety.This article explores the method of maintaining a 10kV cable location and data, establish the basic principles of cable positioning and data maintenance; for cable positioning method, compared the clamp method, direct method and other five kinds of methods, and put forward the asymmetric Fang Bo signal method as the main method of field operation; for data maintenance method, set up the cable the results form Paimo data requirements, including requirements of Surveying and mapping geographic information, surveying and mapping requirements, data cable well form requirements; establish information system for cable pipeline standards, including cable modeling and modeling of underground pipeline network; complete advanced data analysis tools, including network analysis tools, the optimal path of cable line corridor analysis tool and Web release module.
