Research On Quality Control Of Construction Project Of Substation Communication Network

At present, with the constant progress of the society, power grid construction has been rapid development. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system, substation communication network for the basic facilities of power grid construction emerges as the times require. At present, it is the basis of power grid dispatching automation, network operation marketization and management modernization. Power communication network has very strict requirements in the reliability of the communication, as well as the rapidity and accuracy of protection control information transmission. Therefore, quality requirements for safety, stability and other aspects for the construction project of substation communication network are higher and higher, the control scale of construction project quality is bigger and bigger. In order to give full play to the superiority of the power grid construction, improve the reliability and economy of operation, with the rapid development of the information age to adapt, effective measures must be taken to strictly control the quality of the construction project of substation communication network, to ensure the efficient operation of the power grid.This paper used the quality control of construction project of substation communication network in electric power communication system construction as the research object. According to the relevant theory of the total quality management, the quality control for this kind of project is studied from three aspects, including quality pre-control, implementation stage quality control and quality acceptance. The paper reference from quality control principle of PDCA cycle and quality control technology of arrangement diagram, strategy table and so on. Combined with the characteristics of the construction project of substation communication network, a network model is established that based on a control unit which combination of the quality process and the quality group, and conduct an empirical study in case of the construction project of Qiangang No.4 substation communication. The results of the study show that, the theory and method of whole process quality control, as well as using quality guarantee system and establishing quality group can provide effective management measures for quality control of this kind of project, and can have a definite object in view to monitor and promote quality improvement. And it provides solutions for quality control in construction project of substation communication network, and provides a reference for quality control of construction projects in power communication system.
