Advanced communications technologies, distributed generation technology, advanced measurement technology, electric cars and other energy storage techniques have provide new support for demand-side management, while TOU, real-time pricing but also for the demand side to provide a more effective economic incentives response to. after years of efforts, Zhejiang Electric Power Company has accomplished a number of smart grid pilot project the State Grid Corporation t greatly improved in the "information technology, automation, interactive" aspect, but also create the conditions for the further development of smart power, energy efficiency management and demand-side optimization decisions.Taken Hangzhou power supply company as object, proceed from the integrating real-time multiple information source such as power information and meteorological information, this article has established load characteristics evaluation index, correlation analysis method and forecasting method, looked into the potential of load response, proposed a top-down hierarchical partitioning orderly power utility optimization decision scheme and demand-side improvement measures. This article has integrated the analysis processes to form a demand side management information platform for real-time electricity information and meteorological information, load characteristics analysis based on multiple sources, the established the system-Substations-Feeder-Users predict-Correction integrated model, hierarchical partitioning optimization decision, obtained the four achievements of the potential analysis of demand-side management, which were favorable for the current large-scale construction of intelligent power distribution system, give full play to the potential of smart distribution grid, greatly enhance power efficiency, and give full play to the potential of demand side management, and has laid the foundation for further scientific electricity, rational use of electricity, saving electricity, strengthen energy management, plays an important guiding role in promoting the construction of demand side management information platform and long-term mechanism, and the marketing-related business.
