With fast and booming development of Chinese economy, the grid scale expands unceasingly in our country and informatization level is higher. The state grid company put forward the concept of "strong smart grid". In order to guarantee the secure and stable operation of the power grid, the establishment of digital power grids and substations is imperative. Intelligent substation technology can solve problems that many conventional substation, the prominent of which is: interoperability problem, the problem of traditional electromagnetic transformer, secondary loop complex, control cable caused by electromagnetic interference, an intelligent device, relay protection of the state overhaul, intelligent substation automation technology widely used, enhances the ability of power transmission and distribution and power grid scheduling, reduces the total cost of the construction of the substation.The main background of this thesis is a typical intelligent substation based on IEC61850 code in the process of transformation process layer network problems faced in the practical engineering applications and solutions. This article first introduces the process layer network key technology, to reform the politics of intelligent engineering rebuild design of quadratic system, solved the transformation in the process of secondary system utility equipment compatibility issues. Secondly, this paper based on the intelligent politics 220 kV substation run after transforming found existing in the process of insufficient process layer network monitoring technology for further research. Based on the research of the principle of improvement is put forward, research the network monitoring process layer and new technology. Finally, this paper aimed at the reliability of the intelligent substation operation analysis put forward the scientific method. By using the method of mathematical model, it is concluded that the tenure process of intelligent substation layer network reliability of specific data, to the actual working process of intelligent substation layer network upgrade maintenance provides a strong theoretical basis.
