The Study Of Landscape Planting Of Villa In Urumqi

With the development of China’s real estate landscape construction, high-quality living environment and landscape works appeared more and more, especially in some high-end villas, its plant landscape becomes increasingly scientific and beautiful, even delicate. But Urumqi affected by natural environmental conditions, villas plant landscape construction by a certain degree of restriction, and the current lack of guidance on the construction of the plant landscape theory.Therefore, the combination of local realities and vigorously promote the research and practice of building becomes necessary.In this paper, four villas as the research objects which is the obvious characteristics of plant configuration, larger area, landscape construction level better and higher greening rate. Through research on these local residential villas landscape, summed suitable plant landscaping theory of local villas. Provide guidance and reference for future villa residential construction and other types of real estate landscape project construction in Urumqi.According to CJJ / T 85-2002 “urban green space classification standards”, green landscape survey area is classified into four types, including public green space, green space next to house, roadside green space, public infrastructure facilities green space, combined with the characteristics of the environment and Geography in Xinjiang, plant configuration modes and characteristics were summarized and analyzed from the following aspects: abundance of plant species grown in Survey area, featured on planning of trees and shrubs, the way to build plants landscape in four green space types. Summarizes the current status of plants and landscape features of the survey area and exemplified a representative of plant species typical configuration mode.In the research, based on the use of Simpson(Simpson) diversity index formula, by species diversity, biodiversity of ornamental characteristics, ornamental seasonal diversity, structure diversity of life index comprehensive evaluation of the degree of plant diversity in the landscape of each villa. The results show that the diversity of plant landscape four villas are at the middle level, The main reason is landscaping plant species is limited; ornamental characteristics diversity is distribution deviation greater; diversity viewing season unevenly distributed, mostly concentrated in the spring and summer; living structure diversity index is very low, thehigh proportion of deciduous broad-leaved species and other types of proportion too little. Compared the effectiveness of cooling and humidifying common landscaping plant tours each villa, the study found that all types of cooling and humidifying plant level group mostly performed better, what’s more, its cooling and humidification level is a positive correlation with the tree layer number of plants and the complexity of plant communities. besides, Impact on the effective cooling and humidification, the tree layer number of plants is better.Combination of the above findings and related disciplines theoretical generalization out five principles applicable to Urumqi villa plant landscaping design, and summed up for the optimal design of plants selection, configuration modes, landscaping practices.
