At present, energy consumption of the central air-conditioning system accounts for more than 40% of the whole building, the traditional air-conditioning system energy conservation technology is not only a waste of energy, but also can not meet the requirements is of new technologies,so the research on the scheme of building energy-saving technology is becoming more and more important.The central air conditioning system is composed of the host system and the end system. The optimal energy saving scheme not only analyzes the host system, but also considers the setting of the terminal system. This paper in Chengdu Longtan headquarters economy city an enterprise construction project as an example, host system selection of Maglev Haier water chiller and screw unit carries on the contrast analysis, three different positions of terminal system for fan coil unit selection numerical simulation analysis and comparison, selected a range of building data using UG establish corresponding physical model, using ICEM CFD carries on the grid division, finally the software ANSYS CFX, air temperature in the building of three-dimensional numerical simulation that temperature of the corresponding plan.Host system from energy consumption calculation results we can know, 2 sets of magnetic levitation units than 2 sets of ordinary screw units can save electricity nearly 42 million yuan, namely electricity costs reduced about 59.67%. In addition, maglev Haier water chiller in maintenance cost advantage is far greater than the general screw unit, host is running and maintenance costs in industry standard 20 years than screw unit cost saving about 916 million yuan. Terminal system from the numerical simulation results, we can know, the first scheme of the temperature distribution is uniform, mainly distributed from 22℃ to 23℃; the indoor temperature of the second scheme is hierarchical and distributed, bottom-up temperature is increased, the temperature distributed from 22℃ to 25℃; the indoor temperature of the three schemes in human office area and main activities of the regional distribution of is very uniform, mainly distributed from 21 ℃ to 22 ℃, the overall effect of the three schemes more energy-efficient. So the optimal energy saving scheme is the selection of the host system, and the terminal system chooses third schemes.There are some deficiencies in the research of the terminal system, but also more in-depth research on the end system in the future, such as the thickness of the wall, lighting lamps, floor heating quantity structure, personnel about the conditions on the temperature field simulation of the impact.
