| This paper introduced and analyzed the development process of the gas turbine power generation and gas-steam combined cycle power generation, as well as their respective principles and thermodynamic cycle power generation process and discussed the research of gas turbine power generation and realistic significance to study the modeling and Simulation of gas turbine body. To the type of SGT5-4000 F of Siemens gas turbine introduced by one Coastal Cogeneration Power Ltd in Beijing as the research object, on the basis of learning and drawing the lessons from the domestic and foreign research results, combining the objective and features of modeling, simplified the gas turbine. The gas turbine is divided into three main parts, compressor, combustion and turbine and analyzed its working principle and characteristics. It used the idea of modular modeling and the method of mechanism modeling, combined with computer simulation technology to established a gas turbine simulation model of the three modules, finally, the whole gas turbine simulation model obtained.It used Borland C++ build to compile the corresponding algorithm of simulation program, applied Algmanager to connect the model algorithm with corresponding graph and storage the main algorithm to the simulation platform of PAnySimu to build simulation model of gas turbine. Based on the PAnySimu simulation platform, make full use of the established simulation algorithms library of gas turbine to build its simulation model, the disturbance experiment was carried out in the model to study the dynamic characteristics of the corresponding. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of each disturbance added conform to the mechanism of power station in the process of gas turbine, and verified the accuracy and rationality of the model. In addition, the model can provide tools for the research on the characteristics of the gas turbine. At the same time, combined with the other power needed algorithms can form a simulation flat for gas steam combined cycle power generation, provide a platform for training operating personnel. That has a strong practical value. |
