Then, on the basis put forward the principle, standard and procedure of the index selection, constructs the corresponding evaluation index system, and set up the evaluation standard; Through system analysis the evaluation methods of investment scheme, the entropy-TOPSIS evaluation model was established and applied to the construction of thermal power project investment scheme. Finally, the paper application evaluation model analyzed of the actual investment project, and get the evaluation conclusion.
