The Design And Implementation Of Building Automation System In Intelligent Buildings

With the development of electronic information technology, voice, image, data communications has been developed rapidly, constantly improve the automatization of building equipment, from scattered, manual control of the individual to focus on integrated automation control direction. Intelligent building technology booming in this background, it contains the subject is quite broad, it is the rise of the architecture, electrical technology, communication technology, computer technology, automatic control technology, air conditioning technology, management, technology and other disciplines and the crystallization of a variety of integrated application of technology.Based on the comprehensive discussion on the basis of the characteristics of intelligent building and its composition, as an important part of intelligent building system discussed in the building automation system and its composition, function, network structure and design criteria.Based on IFIX configuration, in this thesis, building automation system is designed; function and structure of system are analyzed; hardware of system is chosen and software is realized.The designed building automation system in this thesis is applied to Office Build system of Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd. According to specific requirements, for air condition control system, elevator control system, water supply and drainage system, lighting control system, and security monitoring system, control methods are designed. Based on analyzing the function of monitoring and control system, the software structure of system is determined. Remote monitoring and control platform is developed based on IFIX and this realizes automatic control of office building; and through actual operation of system, the design effect is verified. And finally centralized monitoring and remote control is realized which improves management level of the building, reduces the energy consumption, lowers maintenance and operating costs, achieve multi-level control of all equipment.
