Intelligent Building Automation System Integration Design And Application

With the rapid development of computer and related electronic information technology,the degree of automation has been continuously improved and human society has entered the information age.The arrival of the information age,the development of knowledge economy,is rapidly influencing and changing all aspects of the production and life of the whole society.Intelligent building is the product of the information age and is the crystallization of modem high-tech technology.It embodies the combination of architectural art and information technology.Building automation plays an important role in intelligent building,which can improve decision-making,planning,organization,command and coordination,and make use of various resources in intelligent building efficiently.Based on the related intelligent building integrated design and electrical system design based on scientific combing theory and practice,combined with a building automation system in intelligent building project,designed and implemented in accordance with the project actual operation,management and maintenance requirements of integrated system,has important practical value and application prospect.This thesis mainly completes the following work:(1)In this paper,the research progress of domestic and overseas research is reviewed,and the research methods and key problems and technical framework of the research are also discussed.(2)Intelligent building automation system overall design.Based on the summary of the overall design scheme,the design framework of intelligent building automation integration system was proposed based on the design objectives,functions and requirements.(3)Intelligent building automation system design.Respectively expounds the intelligent building of building automation system communication interface layer and the core control layer and user interface design content,including intelligent building control system,entrance guard system,security system,video monitoring system and distribution system module connection management module design and database design,the electrical system design and user interface layer in intelligent building design,etc.;The key analysis and design of video monitoring system on campus.(4)Intelligent building automation system software design and implementation.Firstly,the design and development environment was built,and the system OPC interface,video monitoring system software and Modbusto communication implementation were studied.Second on the system function realization,respectively through the intelligent building automation control system and entrance guard system and security early warning system,video monitoring system,distribution system,record report related functions such as running test,campus environment of the video monitoring is realized.The intelligent building automation system integration platform for an intelligent building building applications for background,each subsystem is realized on the same platform for building and office automation system operation,effectively improve the efficiency of construction management,shorten the reaction time for special events,and reduce the energy consumption,make the whole building more conform to the requirements of The Times development.
