Research On Cost Analysis And Management Of Power Transmission And Transformation Construction Project

With China’s rapid economic development, China’s input and output in the infrastructure sector showed a rising trend, which, in the construction of electricity is particularly prominent. As an important basic industry in national economic development, the operation condition of the electric power industry is directly related to people’s quality of life, is the concentrated expression of the socialist state welfare.Therefore, the power transmission and transformation construction project as the electric power industry is an important part in the field of infrastructure, the operation effect is good or bad, which is closely related to the operation quality of power system,load degree, the overall security situation of the power grid. It is related to every household and even people’s livelihood.Cost analysis and management is an important part of power transmission and transformation construction project management, the cost of construction project is directly related to the economic benefits of the project. So that, strengthening the cost management of construction project is effective way to adapt to the development of the electricity requirements, meet the market demand and improve the economic benefit.This paper firstly study the construction project cost management theory,combined with the characteristics of power transmission and transformation construction project cost management and the existing problems, puts forward the necessity of reform. On this basis, it takes power transmission and transformation construction project as the research object, builds power transmission and transformation construction project cost management system, and makes cost analysis from labor costs, material costs, equipment costs. Among them in equipment cost analysis, it uses the whole life cycle theory to construct the corresponding model.Finally, it uses one 110 kv power transmission and transformation project in Inner Mongolia as an example for cost analysis and management research. According to the related problems of cost management, it studies on control strategy around the cost,puts forward the relevant improvement suggestions from power transmission and transformation construction project cost management system and the implementation of each link, which provides some reference for domestic power transmission and transformation construction project cost analysis and management.
