Under the background of the traditional construction industry implementing the innovation-driven development strategy in the new era,the most fundamental way to realize the transformation and upgrading of related enterprises in the construction industry is to rely on scientific and technological progress and management innovation,and the most important thing is to enhance the independent innovation ability of enterprises.The traditional in-process and after-event management of the construction industry has been unable to meet the ever-changing market competition environment,which makes the uncertainty of the project management link increase,and it is difficult to ensure that the industry always obtains the maximum advantage.And BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology will be controlled in all aspects of project management,the traditional construction industry in and after the management,into a precise management in advance,to achieve management innovation,help the transformation and upgrading of the entire construction industry.The application of this technology fully shows the advantages of the completeness and coordination of information technology,and also plays a leading role in the construction industry.Therefore,the application of BIM technology to achieve the construction cost management of construction projects has a certain practical significance for the development of modern construction industry.This paper aims at the problems encountered in the application of BIM technology in project cost management.Through reading and sorting out relevant literature,this paper collects relevant information by means of questionnaire survey,collates and analyzes it by means of modern management,and obtains a package of conclusions about the application of BIM technology in project cost management and control.The research emphases of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the research status of BIM technology in housing construction cost management at home and abroad,the relevant research results are obtained,and the research results are used to determine the research innovation points and technical routes.(2)Through literature reading,the basic characteristics of BIM technology and the theory of project cost management are sorted out,and how to apply BIM technology to control and manage the cost of housing construction engineering is analyzed,and its research methods are determined,and the research methods are theoretically introduced.(3)Apply BIM technology to analyze the whole process cost of the case project,and determine the influencing factors of BIM cost control in the whole process cost management stage of BIM technology construction project,and screen out 31 influencing factors of BIM cost control.From the design stage of engineer quality to the completion stage of the project contract management and other factors of the questionnaire survey analysis.(4)Combined with the statistical results of the questionnaire,the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation is used to comprehensively evaluate the factors and indicators of BIM cost management and control,and to analyze the influence degree of BIM technology application on the control of project cost.(5)Based on the systematic analysis of the evaluation results,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions and measures for the control of BIM technology in the cost control of housing construction projects from five aspects: application technology,system,practice,social and cultural market demand,and enterprise management.The research results of this paper can be supplemented to a certain extent on the existing academic achievements,and provide a valuable reference for the application of BIM technology in project cost management at the present stage.
