Study On Distribution Network Planning Scheme Of Hebi Area

" The development of power preced the economic growth " is a experienced summary in economic construction of our country.With the development of social economy,city construction scale is expanding constantly,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for electricity increases continually;the scale of distribution network is also corresponding widening.Therefore,the study on the problem of distribution network planning,which can improve the quality and reliability of power supply,also can reduce the power loss.It is meaningful to guarantee the economic development and energy conservation.Hebi power network is an important component of Henan grid.With the planning and construction of industrial agglomeration and "The integration of urban and rural areas",we need to research on distribution network planning.In this paper,through the analysis of the geographical situation of Hebi area, population size and the overall planning of urban and rural areas,combined with peripheral availabled power,analyzing the current power grid operation index, and evaluating the existing distribution networkare.Based on the results of electricity load forecast,developing the power grid planning.Firstly,according to the historical data of Hebi area electricity,forecasting the whole society electricity load and different voltage grade load,with the classification of load method,checking the predicted results.Secondly,based on the analysis of the forecasting results and the balance of power load,presenting the specific grid planning by load moment method,and analyzing the substation capacity,and then developing the capacity load ratio and N-1 checksum.Finally,developing the investment estimation and economic evaluation of the planning scheme is proposed.Through the planning and research,so that the development of Hebi regional power grid can accommodate,satisfy and moderately advance economic development,offer reference to the medium and long term urban distribution network construction and transformation,and it is expected to meet the electricity demand for social economic development and residents.
