Research On Strategy Of Industrial Low-carbon Housing Construction Technology And Its Optimization

Under the background of economic development rapidly and real estate remain as a pillar industry,reducing the energy consumption of construction field,developing green environmental protection house and realizing the sustainable development of construction industry has become the main direction of residential research in China.Firstly the author take the residential energy conservation and emissions reduction as the clue,referring to the construction project life-cycle theory,arming at the low-carbon residence that to meet market demand and according to the theory of housing industrialization,to discuss the construction strategy that based on prefabricated concrete structure. In the Binhu case,comparing prefabricated concrete structure with traditional residential construction,the prefabricated concrete structure is more environmental protection. Secondly analysis and summary the low carbon technology and housing industrialization product technology. Low carbon residential component technology that based on the integration technology was presented. In this theory Skeleton part,the department of exterior decoration products,internal partition wall,hutch defends unit and the department of interior decoration products were combined with low carbon technology, some parts are own low-carbon technology optimization,other parts are integrated cross parts.Its purpose was through the technology to save material,reduce the energy consumption and reduce emissions. Through the concept of Integrated manufacturing and parsing of low-carbon technologies,emphasis on low carbon component technology should have pay with scientific nature,forward-looking,openness and practicality and the manufacturing, hoisting,installation and other process should pay with accuracy.The paper generalize the industrialization of low carbon residential development path,the construction strategy and optimization scheme, and analyzes the shortcomings existing in current low carbon residential development,guiding significance to the development of low carbon buildings.
